Xavier Morel
Xavier Morel's love of electronic music started on a faithful day in '76 when he won Kraftwerk's Radio Activity single at a winter fair. 12 years later he was mixing at underground parties in the suburbs of London when one day he decided to go travelling. Amazingly he found his way onto a billing at Kho Phangan's infamous New Years eve parties and then made his way to Japan. Since then Xavier has toured his sound all around Europe, Asia, Australia, the U.S.A and South America.
From the late '90s, Xavier produced several tracks on various projects, mainly with Juno Reactor from 1996 to 2008, Prime Suspect, Section X, Eat Static, Fuel, Carcharodon Megalodon. Now all his effort and studio work goes into a collaboration project called VX with Virgil Enzinger from Salburg, Austria. In 2009 VX debuted their first album 'VX-Fiction' on the German label Nachtstrom Schallplatten and has seen success with the likes of Speedy-J, Dave Clarke, The Advent, Eric Sneo, Felix Krocher, Arne (aka Extrawelt) etc. praising their releases. Xavier Morel sums up his style best: "The most important concept in music is not the way you play your tracks but the story you make with them! Mixing and music is my passion and my career. I hope to carry and share this as long as possible!"
VIRGIL ENZINGER
VIRGIL ENZINGER is an outstanding Techno Producer, Live Act and DJ from Salzburg (Austria). He is playing globally in the most renowned clubs and on major events and festivals like NATURE ONE (Frankfurt, Germany), DEFQON 1 (Amsterdam, The Netherlands), TRESOR (Berlin, Germany), WONDERLAND (Chicago, USA), FABRIK (Madrid, Spain), MISS LIBERTINE (Melbourne, Australia) and UNIT (Tokyo, Japan) to name a few.
Virgil has worked with artists such as Chris Liebing, The Advent, Eric Sneo, Xavier Morel (VX project), Submerge, etc. He has released his music on labels such as CLR, Kombination Research, Codeworks, Planet Rhythm, Naked Lunch, Masters of Disaster, Impact Mechanics, Der Hut, etc. Virgil has done numerous remixes for Bas Mooy, Tom Hades, Brian Sanhaji, Submerge, Android Muziq, Roman Zawodny, etc. His music is standard repertoire on various radio shows such as Dave Clarke's WHITE NOISE or Dr. Hoffmann's BLINDSPOT.
Virgil's music carries a distinctive mark and he is widely regarded as the original creator of the DARK TECHNO genre.
n April 2010 Virgil started his own label I.CNTRL - Deep techy, dubby, groovy & organic in particular under his management. The label will feature some of the most reputable names in the Electronic Music Industry. The Subconscious Ep has already gained worldwide recognition. The album begins with glitchy bass-filled path as sounds of ethnic percussion and melodic dark synths are laid to waste by sudden washes of digital knob twisting and perversion. The album is outstanding; a prime example of what a seasoned electronica producer is capable of. Keep your eyes peeled and ears open as Enzinger comes charging ahead with his label I.CNTRL !!!

LES TAMBOURS DU BRONX
Les Tambours du Bronx has 17 musicians on stage surrounded by synthetic sounds, samples, and singing, all in time with the powerful rhythm. It built its reputation reviving drums from rough energetic music; a mixture of indus, afrobeat, drum'n'bass, hip-hop, rock, metal, hardcore and techno.
Les Tambours du Bronx was born in 1987 in Varennes-Vauzelles, parish of Nevers, Nievre, France. Its name comes from a Varennes-Vauzelles district called "The Bronx" because of its square patterned streets, and lines of identical dark houses. This district was primarily inhabited by SNCF (French trains society) workers, where the first drums used by LTDB are from.
The band's first performance was a simple happening as part of the Nevers a Vif festival, in 1987. What began like a joke between friends became the urban percussion's international reference.
20 years later, the band played through the U.S.A., Brasil, Arabia, Morocco, Tunisia, Greece, Reunion Island, Djibouti and Slovenia and all around western Europe, on big events such as the bicentenary French revolution on the Champs-Elysee for Jean-Paul Goude defile in 1989, the opening of Johnny Hallyday 40 years career under the Eiffel Tower, a six week tour across the U.S.A. in 2000, the opening of KoЯn on Sziget Festival in Budapest in 2005, the Rockslide Festival for the opening of Jimmy Page and Robert Plant from Led Zeppelin in Denmark in 1992 and 1995, the French Stadium in 2006.
One thousand concerts, 15,000 squashed drums and 100,000 split beetles stake the route of this atypical band out, who had more than 100 musicians in 20 years of life.
More than a rock band, this real musician company chose the autoproduction via the Sarl Tambours du Bronx Productions.
LTDB is distributed by the independent label at(h)ome.
